About Lois Trader
A two-time survivor of a life-threatening disease, and a woman who
has lived through bankruptcy, not only financially but physically,
psychologically and spiritually.
At 46 years old this physically fit, successful, positive, driven
woman life was changed in a heart beat. Her personal journey of
being diagnosed with heart disease and learning to live with it has
inspired her to help other women understand the disease.
In addition Lois writes and shares how to deal with all the
delightful changes that we experience as we become older, fifty was
her magic button from hell, and other experiences only women who
have been there can offer. This funny, energetic speaker and author
will inspire and delight as she leads the way to good heart health
and pokes fun at being a woman.
